During the third week of the Travelling Spanish Classroom, the journey takes you to Bocas del Toro, a beautiful Caribbean archipelago on the northwest coast of Panama. With its tropical islands, crystal-clear Caribbean waters, colorful coral reefs, lush surroundings and relaxed island atmosphere, Bocas del Toro is the perfect place to combine Spanish learning with an unforgettable underwater adventure.
At the Travelling Spanish Classroom, students can combine their Spanish course with an unforgettable diving experience. Your mornings are dedicated to Spanish lessons, while your afternoons can be spent discovering the underwater world.

Once the Spanish lesson of the morning is finished, the afternoon is yours to discover something completely different: the underwater world.
Diving is a wonderful complement to learning a language. You spend the morning communicating, listening and learning new words in Spanish, and the afternoon putting yourself into a completely different environment where you can experience new challenges, meet people and create memories.
Never dived before? Start with Discover Scuba
If you have always wondered what it feels like to breathe underwater but aren't sure if scuba diving is for you, you can start with a Discover Scuba Diving experience.
This is a great way to try scuba diving without committing immediately to a full certification course. You'll learn the basics, get comfortable with the equipment and experience your first underwater adventure under the guidance of a professional instructor.
If you discover that you love diving, you can continue your diving journey on another occasion by completing your PADI Open Water certification.

For students who want to take their diving experience a step further, the PADI Open Water Diver course is an exciting option.
The Open Water course is the first level of recreational scuba certification and gives you the knowledge and skills you need to become a certified diver.

So whether you are taking your very first breaths underwater or looking for your next diving challenge, there is an option to match your experience level.
Or simply enjoy a Fun Dive
Certified divers can also choose to join Fun Dives during their stay. It's a chance to simply enjoy being underwater, explore the local dive sites and share the experience with other divers — without the structure of a certification course.
